Help your body get rid of toxins with these self message techniques.

*Feel free to leave comments and share with us anything that works for you and helps you to Be Healthy!
I liked this lady for a full body explanation

Ease a Sore Throat with Hydrogen Peroxide

Easing a sore throat due to allergies, air pollution, infection, etc....

One cause of a sore throat is a bacterial infection. Gargling with hydrogen peroxide may ease discomfort by reducing the number of bacteria in the mouth and helping clear the infection.
Hydrogen peroxide may help kill bacteria by releasing oxygen, which alters the environment of anaerobic bacteria and inhibits their growth.
  1. combine one part hydrogen peroxide with two parts water. Your final mix will have a concentration of 1% hydrogen peroxide.
  2. Tilt your head back and take a small mouthful of your hydrogen peroxide and water mix. Gargle and swish the mixture around in your mouth for 60 seconds.

Strengthen Your Immune System Recipes

8/24/2020

Defense line - I was looking for ways to not be caught off guard, to have a better defense line when viruses present themselves. Your gut wall houses 70 percent of the cells that make up your immune system.  So, a great way to have a strong defense is to eat well.

Garlic - fresh cloves or capsule
Greens - leafy greens, microgreens (especially broccoli) and herbs, etc.
Mushrooms - Reishi, Shitake or Lions mane are particularly good for immune boosting
Ginger
Tumeric
Black and green tea
Citrus
Yogurt
Bell Peppers
Almonds - Vit E as an antioxidant which supports immune system
Poultry
Sunflower seeds - contains selenium which helps the immune system
Manuka Honey - powerhouse!
Fermented foods - pickles, sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, etc.
Foods high in fiber - helps fight possible inflammation in lungs due to respiratory illness: apples, pears, bananas, berries, legumes, nuts, seeds, broccoli, brussels, etc.
Avocado - Vit E
Teas: Chamomile, Echinacea, Green tea, Peppermint, Hibiscus

Vitamins and behavioral changes:
Good/Whole food daily vitamin - each member of the family
Zinc - 15-30mg
Increase Vit A, B6, C and D - All of these are also found in the various foods listed above.
Increase fiber - either a supplement or in the foods listed above.
Start using a good humidifier, or two, in your home.
Wash, wash, wash your hands.
Sleep - get adequate sleep
Exercise - at least 30m per day

Sauna
Hot/Cold therapy works to improve immune system
Meditation
Diffuse germ fighting essential oils in your home, perhaps in each bedroom as well.
Manage stress as best as you can, by exercise, meditation (deep breathing as focus) or laughter!

Do not assume you are going to get sick.  There is much power in your thoughts and your words, speak life over yourself and your family.  Your body follows suit to what the mind entertains.

My favorite recipes for immune boosting:

Elderberry Syrup - this is a base recipe for most elderberry syrups.  You can add various immune boosting items to it.  I like to add rosehips, AVC/lemon, and echinacea.

Master Tonic - this is the recipe we use.

Germ buster essential oil blend - 2-5 drops ea with a carrier oil (coconut, almond) put into a roller: lemon, tea tree (or melaleuca), oregano, thieves/on guard (or the like) and frankincense. It is a powerhouse.

Supercharged chicken soup - recipe contains: bone broth (or stock),chicken, onions, garlic, ginger, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, tumeric, kale and fresh herbs.

These are just some of our go-to's for our family.  Hope they are helpful to the Inspired Dance family!
