1. If you haven't, October monthly tuition is due.
..reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns...
You can pay on my website HERE  or through Venmo @Amy-Merrill-InspiredDance

This is how you will pay each month.  I don't send out individual invoices.. but everything is accessible on my website.   OR I can set up on Auto pay. (Let me know if you would like this option).

2. Costume Fee is $55 per class/dancer.

 https://www.inspireddance.org/store/p82/May_Recital_Costume_Fee.html#/

DEADLINE is NOV 5th.  I need at least one payment per dancer by Nov 5th.  The remaining payments can be done one each month or however works best for you as long as you communicate your plan/needs with me.
There are some who have multiple dancers and dancers in multiple classes, company, and or who has a character part.... I am working on getting you a more specific guide on costumes and the cost involved. I will email you or give your dancer a paper with the info.
But, in theory, it's $55 per class.   I put everything into the costume fund and then use that to help supply costumes and props...if possible.

I have already started to buy class costumes...If you can pay Costume Fee now... (in October) that would be AWESOME!!

Also on a Side NOTE:  if you can pay cash, check or Venmo that is very helpful because there are no transaction fees, which gives me more money to work with for costumes.  Credit Cards that earn cash back, especially sky miles or corporate card, foreign credit card or a certain rewards card....that fit under non-qualified rate charge the highest fees on my end.  Its about 3-3.5%  fee of the total transaction.  I only mention this because it does make a big difference and I do have quite a few parents who use this type of card on my website.   which does cost me about an extra $150 in fees each month. You can still use that card,  I just thought i'd mention it to you if you are willing to use a different method.  NO PRESSURE THO!  :)  Overall, I appreciate your support...!!!😊

CALENDAR
1.October: all classes run as normal

2. November: Mon and Tues classes will be held on Nov 23 & 24.  Thanksgiving Break Nov 25-29th.  No Dance class.
*Please let me know if you will be out of town on 23/24 and will miss class.

3. December: Christmas Break Dec 20-Jan 3  No Dance classes.

4.  Yes there will be Monday classes on MLK and Presidents Day.

Recital Update

So far the voting is split almost equally...with option 1 (Memorial day weekend slightly higher).

Option 1  Fri: May 28th and 29th
vs.
Option 2  Wed June  2nd,3rd, 4th,

I'm not sure what to do.  Please pray for me to help me know which is the overall best decision to make.   I hope I can wait things out a little longer before they ask me for a decision.  But I feel I need your prayers and such, so we all can feel good about which is the better overall option.

Nutcracker

I'm working on a place, but if you know of a church that would be willing to work with me..let me know.

-I will need parent support/volunteers and help similar to last year.
-I'm looking for some businesses who are willing to sponsor/make a donation in exchange for marketing/ announcing their name on the program and on my website like last year.

-I am adding more classes to the dances this year, where it was a solo last year, it will now be 5-8 dancers per dance.  This also means more costumes to purchase, which I am supplying through some funds saved from last year and some personal $.
Our plan is to have specific classes learn a dance, then choose those who know the movement by heart and are able to be there for the  actual show.  We will give as many kids a chance as possible.  Costumes will be rented to help with upkeep and reused.  I am trying to make it as affordable as possible.
-I will cont. to keep you posted....but this is where we are headed and what we are hoping to accomplish. Profits and donations will help pay for the venue, the maintenance and upkeep of future shows, company/competition expenses, costume upkeep/repair, alterations, etc.. and set props.

-Our hope is that with more kids learning these dances in class,
it will reduce the need for Saturday practices... will become a fun tradition, help kids grow in their skills, increase confidence to try out for company, keep the excitement of performing alive, and provide a memorable event for our community/families.

Stay Healthy

Keep fortifying your immune system and seek out preventative care methods/medicine. Evergreen is still allowing any Inspired Dance family member to try out their services for free for one month...for any family member.  Just tell them you are with inspired dance. 208-895-5895
Increase vitamin and mineral intake ( I have my daughters who are 12+ taking prenatal vitamins, b/c they have a more well rounded dosage of vitamins and minerals than other vitamin supplements.

-Vit A strengthens the cell wall so bad germs/viruses are less likely to get in...
-Vit D defends the germs/ viruses  and destroys the virus/germs.
-Zinc prevents the germs/viruses from reproducing
-Vit C does alot of things...it repairs and strengthens the immune system reduces inflamation, help flush your body of toxins, and much more.

-Hydrogen peroxide kills germs and gargling with it helps expell mucus/ soar through and congestion. (sometimes my throat will feel worse for a day.. but it helps it clear it up faster....vs. lingering on...)

-Learn more about your immune system watch video below..

Thank you for being cautious and not coming to dance when you feel sick.  Thank you for your love and support!  Thank you for your prayers!  I pray for all you, for your families constant safety and protection and good health.
AND  I do see and feel the healthy benefits of being together and dancing together. :)

I love how Dr. Shiva educates you about your body and how it works... He speaks up about Truth, Freedom and Health.

ALSO:  Evergreen is still allowing inspired dance families to try out their services for free...see attached file below.

AND: I have posted helpful resources on boosting your immune system or how to fight sickness on the onset so you don't get really sick.
