Warm-Up 
  • Aerobic activity
  • V-Ups
  • 100's
  • Leg Beats
  • Turnout exercise (Lie on side against wall) OR (partner rondejomb-standing at barre).

Facing the barre in parallel
  • Tendue: pt/flex, ankle circles and reverse-8cts each direction. point and close in plie.  Repeat other foot. 
  • standing in 1st position:  Tendue  plie into forced arch, straighten and close.  F, S, B, S
  • ​Rollup to forced arch releve, and reverse. Parallel, 1st, 2nd, 4th, 3rd,  other leg.   

side to the barre unless specified

Plies 
Demi Plie 1, straighten 2,  eleve 3, lower 4, grand plie 5,6,7, change positions 8.  
 1st, 2nd, 4th, 3rd -Tendue 2nd, close 1st, plie releve balance hold arms  Low for 4 cts, 1st for  4cts, 5th for 4 cts. lower heels.  Repeat otherside. 


Tendues from 1st position
encoix pattern-FSBS:
Tendue, Flex, turn leg in, turn leg out, press through foot demi point touch floor full point. close plie, straighten legs. 
at end of encoix, draw working leg into susous. Hold arms 1st and try for 8cts.   Repeat otherside. 

Degages from 1st position
E
ncoix Pattern:
Degage 1,  close 2,
degage 3, close plie 4,
degage 5,  pique 6,  pique 7
close 8. Other Leg. 
* keep piques and degages the same heigth. 

Rondejomb
angle body on diagonal, one hand on barre.
Prep: fondue and tendue devant rondejomb to the back (en dehor).
4x arms: low, 1st, 5th, 2nd 
reverse rondejomb en dedans 4x: arms 5th, 1st, low, 2nd.
Passe hold flat foot.

Repeat on Other leg

Frappe
4 count prep: breath of arms float out 1 and in 2, Tendue ala seconde &     grab barre 3, other arm in 5th as leg pulls into a flexed position on standing leg count 4.  
 Frappe 3x each:  F, S,B, S  arms: 5th, 2nd, Arabesque 2nd, 2nd.

Repeat other side

Fondue  feet in 3rd.   ARE WE DOING EnCOix???
to start the fondue action, the gesture leg bends first then the standing leg.   4 counts per melting action.. 

fondue out to tendue, then out to degage, then out to higher and hold 4cts.
then foundue into coupe and releve: coupe hold.

Repeat other leg.

Grand Battements
press down for 4 counts kick on ct 5.  F, S, B, S

Later on move to Leg Brushes. 

CENTER FLOOR  (Turn and Jump sequence)
Turn: Pirouette Preps:  from 3rd, Tendue plie,passe balance  x2
1/4 Turns, 1/2 Turns, Full turns
Otherside

Jumps: 3rd R in Front
changement x2
Coupe front foot, coupe back foot, coupe front foot, jump together 3rd Right in front. Repeat pattern over.
then change to Left side in 3rd

ACROSS THE FLOOR (turn and jump sequence)
wk 1& 2
-Chasse step prep(lunge) Leap
-2 Pique preps (no turn), 1 slow chaine turn, repeat

wk 3&4
-2 pique turns and 1 fast chaine  turn, repeat


OCTOBER:
-chasse/glisse into a chaine arms pull in
??-Skip in place R/L;  run, run, run
