*We will continue as we have been functioning since May, June, July: ask dancers to wash hands, Provide sanitizer for dancers and frequently clean touched surfaces. We will continue to use an Air diffuser with essential oils for the classrooms which help purify the air.

*It is recommended that each family seek to fortify and boost their own immune system before cold and flu season start, practice good hygiene, stay physically active and healthy, and educate themselves on how to boost their immune system. Vit. C, D, and Zinc are very helpful. Take multivitamins, incorporate  Ginger, honey, lemon, elderberries, cinnamon, clove, oregano, peppermint, melaleuca, hydrogen peroxide, and colloidal or sovereign silver into your home medicines. There are lots more.  This is just  some of the things I know about or personally use.  Is there a mom or two who could help me put info together and create a blog on my website...with recipes and links... ????

*It is expected that each family use good judgement as to whether your child should comes to class or not.  Take temperature if unsure.  Don't come if they have a consistent and/or yucky cough, has a runny nose and is sneezing a lot....(not b/c of allergies).  Stay home if you have any cold like symptoms in your chest, sore throat, lack of taste and smell, or are achy or tired.

*Dancers need to keep a bandanna and/or mask in their dance bag during cold season, this way they can cough into that, or if a teacher feels it is necessary to have a dancer or dancer(s) wear it, they can easily grab it form their bag.  Otherwise, Dancers are free to choose to wear a mask or not.  Wearing a masks while dancing  psychologically stresses me out, makes me feel claustrophobic and builds anxiety for multiple reasons.  I know that there are other dancers and teachers in this same predicament.  Therefore I feel it is best to let you do you and be you, knowing that we all are doing our best to be cautious and careful.

*Classes will run each week as planned.  If there is a major concern or outbreak that threatens our dancers, we will do our best to quickly transition to an online class (check your email regularly)  and then resume back to the studio as quickly as possible.

*If a class member or their family member has covid and can't come to class, we will hold an online class or provide a video(s) for that dancer.  Communication will be key so I know to make this available to you.

*In other words, we will do our best to adjust to the needs of the situation.

*Summer has been a testament to me that the physical activity and friendship we gain from dance is needed and wanted! It has been a healthy benefit

*I will always do my best to communicate with you and make prayerful decisions in behalf of our dance families.

*Please keep Inspired Dance in your prayers, that our dancers and their families will be protected from this virus and that our classes will be a safe place.  Also continue to pray for relief from this covid pandemic. We must not give up or loose heart….even though I know I have struggled with this very thing…..

*I welcome input and suggestions, question, and concerns. I respect opinions.. and understand that not everything is a perfect match.

*I hope me communicating my thoughts helps us move forward with a common goal and feel like we're on the same page.  Over the past few months, I have felt a wonderful sense of love, respect and desire to protect each other.  Thank you for your help in making our classes fun, safe, and a wholesome place to be.

Sincerely,
Amy 😊

Hello, my name is Akisha Bedgisoff. I have been dancing since I was three years old. I was taught at British Dance Academy in the Seattle area. There I learned classical ballet, jazz, and modern. I have been in many productions such as Narnia, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, and The Nutcracker.  I have attended school at BYU-I to study International Studies. I also studied dance as my minor. While attending school, I taught at a local dance studio in Rexburg to share my love for dance. I recently moved into the Boise area to start a new chapter in my life and am excited to continue sharing my love of dance.

Sarah Richardson, Inspired Dance teacher
Hello, my name is Sarah Richardson. I am excited to join Inspired Dance! I started dancing at the age of 5 with Footlight Dance in Hailey ID, focusing on ballet, but incorporating various styles through my high school career. After 15 years of dancing I made it a goal to always have dance in my life and teaching is one of the ways I have been able to do that. I have been teaching for 5 years and enjoy working with ages 3-12.  I am grateful for the opportunity to bring my love of dance to the classroom where I get to teach children starting out on their journey with dance.

Outside of dance....I have been married to my wonderful husband for 14 years.  We have three active boys, whom I stay home with. They keep me very busy.

Hello, I am Baylee Johnson!

I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho and have been dancing since the age of 3. I have trained in ballet, hip-hop, and contemporary, but my passion is in Jazz. I started out at Dance Unlimited, dancing for their competition team and training hard to grow as a dancer. As I got older, I danced for Mountain Views Millennium dance team and went on to dance for the Idaho Stampede professional dance team for two years. I enjoy teaching the most because I get the opportunity to impact each dancer in some way and watch them grow into beautiful young dancers.

Outside of the dance studio, I am soon to become Mrs. Johnson to my high school sweetheart. We are blessed with our little boy, Bentley, who is now three years old, and a beautiful baby girl! I also enjoy things like boating, fishing, and being outdoors, but my heart forever belongs inside the walls of a dance studio. I'm so excited to be a part of Inspired Dan

PictureBallet, Jazz
Hello!  My name is Courtney Biagi.

I am 19 years old. I recently graduated from Borah High School and will be attending Boise State University. I started dancing when I was 13 yrs old. I trained at Dance Unlimited, taking ballet and jazz.  During my senior year, I was on Borah Lionettes Dance Team. It was the first year Borah had had a dance team in quite a few years.  We did very well considering! I'm currently taking ballet classes at Backstage Dance Center.
I love dancing with all my heart and I love helping children learn new things.  Currently, I work at Creative Children's Center in Boise and have been there for almost a year!  I love it!  I am very excited to be a part of Inspired Dance and to have the opportunity to get to know even more children and help them learn and grow.

  Payment Policy
 1.
Payment Made to Inspired Dance (non parks and rec classes): Payment is due ON or BEFORE the first day of class each month, for month to month classes. Classes  set up as 2 payments during a 10-12 week session must make the First payment on day 1 and the Second payment on the 5th or 6th class day.    A reminder email/message will be sent for all classes.  However, if payment is not made within 5 business days of the email reminder, a $12 late fee will be due in addition to the monthly fee.

*I have read the payment guidelines and general policies.  I agree to uphold the payment process and policies of Inspired Dance.  I acknowledge that failure to uphold policies will result in my child not being able to participate.  I also acknowledge that failure to pay by or before the 15th of the month will result in a $12 late fee.

2. Payment Made to Meridian Parks and Rec:   Parks and Recreation requires that payment be made on or before the first day of class each month.  Online payment cannot be made after 7am on the first day of class. Payment must then be made over the phone. If payment still has not been made, a reminder email/message will be sent. However, if payment is not made by or before the 15th of the month, you risk having to pay both Meridian parks and rec and Inspired Dance the required monthly tuition.  Why? Because after the 15th, parks and rec pulls class rosters. If you pay after the 15th, and class rosters have been pulled, Inspired Dance will not get their payment portion from parks and recreation, therefore you will also have to pay Inspired Dance.

*I have read the payment guidelines and general policies.  I agree to uphold the payment process and policies of Inspired Dance.  I acknowledge that failure to uphold policies will result in my child not being able to participate.  I also acknowledge that failure to pay by or before the 15th of the month will put me at risk of paying double tuition to parks and rec and inspired dance.
At Inspired Dance, we believe the credibility of a dance program is found in how a program shapes your child’s self image as well as provide quality and wholesome training.

Our program is founded on Christian values and standards. We encourage students to practice good habits of character along with practicing the physical skills learned in class. Each week our classes will nourish the body with physical activity, the mind with knowledge, and the spirit with positive feedback.  It is important that our dancers know they are special to us!

We are a non-competitive Dance program that seeks to focus on the art of performing, improving technical training, building good character, establishing healthy habits, and using Dance as an instrument for good.

Our program is designed to help students feel successful, loved, and a part of something special. If we help improve your child's self image, quality of life, and/or physical abilities...then we have succeeded, however long or short you are with us!

Sincerely,
 Amy Merrill
