Tumble -n- Dance (Mondays) FULL
This is an 8week class. Students will learn the basic tumbling skills such as forward rolls, back rolls, back bends, preparing for cartwheels, perfecting cartwheels, back walk overs, and more. These skills will help build core strength, upper and lower body strength, balance, and coordination. We will also warm up, stretch, and learn some dance skills The last day of class will be a family presentation of the skills learned.
